What is MyOwnFidelity?
MyOwnFidelity is a platform that lets businesses create digital loyalty cards and lets customers collect points and earn rewards.
How much does it cost?
It's completely free for clients. Sellers pay $49/month with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
How do clients earn points?
Depending on the loyalty card, clients earn points either per visit to the store or per dollar spent.
Can a client subscribe to multiple loyalty cards?
Yes! Clients can subscribe to as many loyalty cards as they want from different sellers.
How do I create a loyalty card as a seller?
After signing up as a seller, go to your dashboard and click "Create New Card". Choose between visit-based or dollar-based points, then add rewards.
What are rewards?
Rewards are incentives that sellers create for their loyalty cards. When a client collects enough points, they can redeem a reward (e.g., a free coffee, a discount, etc.).
Can I cancel my seller subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard through the Stripe billing portal. Your cards will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard security practices, Google for authentication, and Stripe for payment processing. We never store your payment details directly.
